Agreement

The website is operated by Flex LLC (“Flex”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site. Separate written agreements apply to client projects, product licenses, and paid services.

Who may use the site

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. The site is intended for professional and business use. You agree not to use the site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Informational content

Case studies, blog posts, process descriptions, and marketing copy are for general information. They are not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Project outcomes depend on scope, timelines, and factors outside our control.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact form or email does not create a client relationship. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or similar). Quotes and timelines in preliminary conversations are estimates unless stated otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Flex LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily download pages for personal or internal evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by fair use or similar laws.

Brand assets are described in our Brand guidelines. Use of Flex marks requires permission except for factual references that comply with trademark law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach security or authentication.
• Overwhelm the site with automated traffic unrelated to ordinary browsing or indexing by well-behaved crawlers.
• Upload malware, spam our forms, or misrepresent your identity in a way that harms us or others.
• Use the site to infringe others’ rights or to distribute unlawful content.

Third-party links and products

Links to third-party sites (including Flex product domains) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Product-specific terms on those sites control for those products.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEX LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Flex LLC against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where additional consent is required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site, subject to those mandatory protections.
